OK, so I stole some of Steph's pics from myspace. They were so cute, and I don't have many pics of these clowns...especially my Dad. Looks like they gad a good time.....what a difference a week makes....

4th Grade Career Fair

Yesterday was the 4th grade career fair. Meagan chose a teacher for her profession. She has said she wanted be a teacher since she was in kindergarten. They had to write a report, have a visual aid, and present it to the class. They also had to dress professionally for their presentation. She loved every minute of it.

Fun with FRIENDS

Sorry, this is a little late, but last Saturday we had a friend night with Laura and Jason. Laura's bday was that week, and their anniversary was last Sunday- married 6 years...yea! So, they got to come eat and hang out without children. We had fun just visiting and acting silly.

Also, texted with Steph. She feels so relieved, and glad everything is over. Thanks everybody for all of your thoughts and prayers.

Well, today has turned out to be a great Monday. Steph's ordeal is over. He took the plea!!! Now, she gets to breathe a sigh of relief, and really move on with her life. Mom's dog, Gabby, did great today at the vet having puppies. NO C-SECTION! She had 5 healthy puppies, and is now getting settled in at home. Everyone is doing well. I had a great day with Buddy. We went to get our hair cut together, and really had a good time with each other, AND it is soooo beautiful outside. God is so good!!! Thank you Lord for taking care of all that was going on today, and is yet to come.

Puppies!

Gabby, my mom's Shih Tzu, has been expecting puppies. We thought they might arrive this past weekend, but no such luck. Today is her due date, and Mom took her to the vet. They had to start the induction this morning, and if that didn't work, then C-SECTION. I am pleased to announce that after about an hour, she is doing good. We have 1 boy and 1 girls so far, 3 more to go! Yeah Gabby!!!

Yearbooks are HERE!

I can not believe we have almost made it through another school year. Today, the girls brought home the first "Lake View Elementary" yearbooks. On the front is a pic of the school, and the ad that Grandpa and Grandma bought for the girls. I have to say that I am impressed with the pics and quality. In only 4 weeks my babies will officially be 4th and 5th graders....sigh... Seems like yesterday that we were taking Meagan into Kindergarten. Anyway, wanted to share another milestone of their year.

We Found the Pool!

So the last day in the mountains, we found the Pigeon Forge Community Center. This place is awesome. There is an indoor and outdoor pool (Outdoor with a slide and a water feature), basketball, bowling, ping pong, and a few more games. The girls LOVE to swim, so we stayed in the pool most of the day. They had so much fun. Totally recommend this place... it's great!

Hot Tub Time!

OK, Meagan and Madelyn have been itchin' to get in the hot tub....so, after egg dying, they got suited up and jumped in. They ALL loved it!!! I think I know where Buddy will be the rest of the week =). Only my girls would be swimming in the hot tub with their masks! It's going to be a great week!

Dying Easter Eggs!

This afternoon we took some pics, and then started dying our Easter eggs. M & M loved it. Of course Meagan didn't get dirty, and didn't want her hands stained with color...... Madelyn, on the other hand, has blue/green fingers up to her knuckles, AND double dipped all of her eggs. So cute!

Easter 2009, He found us!!!

Well, the Easter Bunny found us in the mountains! Guess he got Dad's email that we would be here...=). The girls woke up this morning to full Easter baskets, candies, chocolate, and bunnies! They are so excited. They got cool goodies. Meagan and Maddie said they heard the Easter Bunny coming in last night, and that there were claw prints on the living room floor, from him coming in delivering the goodies.... They said they also saw evidence that he may have went out back and checked out the hot tub! The Easter Bunny gets tired too, I guess. We all can't wait to dive into that soon! The girls are having so much fun!!!!! Buddy and I are enjoying vacation too!
